Normandie Hotel
Built in 1926 the Normandie Hotel has become an iconic historic building in the San Juan Island of PR. Our proposal for a group of investors was modern in the inside but maintaining the historical ship shape and maintain the basics architectural ornamentals of that decade. The construction cost was around the $75M.
